Candidate will assist our clients in a variety of ways such as: reviewing and analyzing exchange and index provider market data licensing agreements for all types of display, non-display, and derived data usage; assessing compliance with exchange and index provider policies relating to real-time, delayed, end-of-day, and reference data; and identifying licensing gaps and compliance risks through application assessments. Prior market data licensing experience is required.

• 5 years’ experience within the market data industry; preferably handling market data licensing

The Information Services Assistant Vice President (AVP) will be expected to own responsibilities and processes critical to supporting the management of the Client’s global market data, subscription and knowledge process outsourcing (KPO). The applicant must have expertise managing various market data vendors and products in addition to the administration of these products. This is an opportunity to work directly with the Head of Information Services and gain experience and guidance across all aspects of Market Data including: Vendor Management, Contract Negotiation and Renewal Management, Procurement/Sourcing, Service Evaluation/Comparison, Usage Analysis, Reporting, Finance and Administration.

• Minimum 7 years of market data and financial services experience procurement/sourcing, relationship management, client service and negotiation experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Information Services vendors and products including S&P Capital IQ, Refinitiv (LSEG), Bloomberg and Factset
• Database management experience preferred (i.e. FITS or any other market data inventory system)
• Reference Data negotiation/administration a plus
